Equipment Collection

Once we have received details of the equipment to be removed, our experienced staff will attend your premises on the mutually agreed time and date, equipment which is not listed on the schedule can be removed but will be in addition to the amount agreed and in accordance with our standard tariff. At the point of removal you will be presented with either a Waste Transfer Note or Waste Consignment Note (in accordance with the Waste Regulations of 2005), a schedule of equipment removed and a Health & Safety Method Statement.

Decommissioning

Unless prior arrangements have been agreed all items for removal must be disconnected from all other ancillary equipment which is not being removed, including your local area network.

Fast response times

We respond to all enquiries the same day they are received and remove the equipment as quickly as possible. We do operate a same day removal service if required, but our standard service is normally next day, one of the fastest response times in the industry!

Payment

We invoice the day following collection and require full settlement within 30 days of this date.
