What are the costs involved?
We need to charge for the removal/collection of items, as there are significant costs involved in the responsible recycling and refining of IT and Electronic Equipment. Our charges are very competitive, plus you are assured that all equipment removed is fully recycled. Please complete our Collect Request Form and a member of our staff will contact you.
We collect from the UK mainland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.
Remarketing
We realise that from time to time items, which have some resale value, may
need to be removed. We have a remarketing department which will thoroughly
cleanse (destroy existing data and stored applications, remove identifying
tags, wipe hard disk drives and reinstall OS according to licensing etc).
There is a limited amount of equipment which falls into this category, but
the equipment needs to be working and in good cosmetic condition, suitable
items include:-
- High End Servers
- TFT LCD Flat Screen Monitors
- Laptop Computers - Pentium III and above
- PC Base Units - Pentium 4 and above
- Network Equipment - Routers, Switches etc
If you have equipment which you believe falls into this category please
email our Remarketing Department
with details of the items and we will be pleased to arrange for a representative to contact
you to provide an estimate of the value of the equipment. If you agree to
this we will collect the equipment and, following evaluation, will send
payment to you. We normally send payment within one week of removing the
equipment.
